fruity oatmeal

serves: 1 – time: 10 min

Ingredients
OATS
– 50g oatsmeal
– 1tb protein powder (optional)
– 1/2 cup soy milk
– 2tbs soy yoghurt
– 1/2 banana
– 1ts chia seeds
– 1ts maple syrup
BERRIES
– 1/2 cup berries of your choice
– 1ts maple syrup
– Splash of water
– 1tbs lime juice (optional)
TOPPING
– 1tb PB or yoghurt 

1. Add all the ingredients for the OATS in a small pot and place in on a low heat.
2. Stir now and then, until its ready.
3. In the mean time, add all the ingredients for the BERRIES in an other pot and place in on a medium to high heat. The berries will fall apart and form a coulis.
4. Put the oats in a bowl and serve the berries on top.
5. Add some PB of yoghurt.
