Yoghurt berry cake


– 150g oatmeal
– 45g almond meal
– 3 eggs
– 100g yoghurt
– 55g apple sauce
– 60g Pure Via @PureVia_be
– 1tl baking powder
– 150g berries of your choice
– 60g yoghurt
– Beertroot powder (optional to make it pink)
– Extra berries

How to make
1. Preheat the oven on 180°C
2. Mix the eggs until they become fluffy (it should take you around 5 minutes)
3. Add the yoghurt, apple sauce and Pure Via to the egg mix.
4. Add al the dry ingredients in an other bowl, stir through.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet bowl en mix until you get a smooth batter.
6. At last, the berries.
7. Poor the cake batter in a baking dish and place in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
